The "NAPI-800/800E series" is a gasket for ultra-high temperature environments that uses zero-asbestos materials as an alternative to traditionally used asbestos. By raising the internal material's heat resistance temperature from 500-550°C (asbestos) to 1,000°C (zero-asbestos), we have reduced the occurrence of corrosive gases believed to cause pitting at high temperatures, thereby improving quality. The "NAPI-800 series" has achieved a maximum temperature of 1000°C in a 22-hour heat resistance test and has a proven track record of withstanding use as a gasket at around 800°C, receiving great acclaim.
